Ok
The mini in question is the Gauntlet. It was commissioned by the former owner of Exodus Road Hobbies, Lawgiver over at BTU, and a limited run of 200 were cast by IWM.
No official stats for it as such.

Kinda looks like a fanmade Cataphract, if you squint your eyes just right; one big Marauder-esque arm, four spots on the torsos for lasers, a kind of power-lifter like cockpit housing, and one normal arm?

The guy who filled me in on what it was has it as being 80 to 85t, running two Gauss Rifles (LA/RA) and 4 ER Mediums (2 ea LT/RT)
