Thought I'd just put this out there:

I like ECM and I think it is going in the right direction as far as function. It could use tweak here and there but I will leave that up to the devs to decide as they have all the data that will help them with those decisions.

That said agree it should be limited to certain chasis however I think it should be put on the chasis that are less powerful/used. For instance when I heard it was going to be available on the Jenner D I thought that was a bad idea as it would mean there would be even less reason to use a K. As is there is almost no reason to use a K (aside from modules) as it has 1 less missile slot. If the K could use ECM it would present a good reason to use it while the D will still be better under certain circumstances or if a pilot does not want to use ECM.

As far as the Ravens go I think the 3L is a fine choice, especially since in canon it was made as an ECM boat. The 4x has a nice niche audience with its JJ and ballistic slots, however while the 4 energy on the 2x is nice it should get a buff in the engines it can equip to give a little bit more of an incentive to take it to someone interested in a Raven but not in ECM.

As far as the Commando's go I think 2d was a poor choice for ECM for several reasons. One, streaks on ECM mechs is irritating and a 2d with ECM made a mech that was already annoying even more annoying. I think the 1b would have been a better choice especially since it would be a bit easier to fit ecm on a laser mando anyway and carry a streak with plenty of ammo.

I think this formula should be followed when choosing future ECM mechs, for instance when choosing a chasis for an ECM hunchback, a 4SP or a 4P would not be the best choice, rather the 4G may be a better option as it is usually not used as much as some of the other chasis.

Anyway that was just my 2 cents. Feel free to comment.

TL:DR: Not flaming ECM
