Annoying thing:

If you're the group leader and everyone's ready you can't just launch. Usually I'm watching the group ready status so I have to click out of the social tab, click ready, then go back into the social group tab and click launch.

Please make it so if your'e the group leader, clicking Launch automatically puts you in a state of Ready.

Agreed. There is also a bug at the moment if you click the social button without reading first and you are the group leader the "Launch" is displayed but you are not ready so you cant launch.. bloody anoying.
