Laptop Requirements

Hello, I have a quick question regarding laptop performance.

I'm playing on my Lenovo W520, with an Intel i7 2720QM with VPro.
16GB memory, and I got a Nvidia Quadro 1000M graphics card in the laptop.
OS: Windows 7 Professional.

Is this a good setup for playing MWO?

This is my main computer, I do programming, CAD design , music recording and music production on it as well.

it's not ideal because of the work-station GPU in it. Nividia Quadro and AMD Firepro cards are not designed for gaming applications.
