Hey Mech Pilots,

Im new to MWO and have bought an Awesome 8T. Being a new player , I chose the Awesome 8T
because the 8R had more missile points but I didnt really find it effective when the enemy has ECM when I was using the Stalker Trial Mech and the 8Q seems to me to run hot easily due to its 8 energy hardpoints. So I chose the Awesome 8T because it seemed to have a nice balance.

Then I realise after searching through mech specs and around the forums that many players dont use the 8T. Can someone pls advice me on how to build the Awesome 8T to be effective on the battlefield?? Much appreciated.

DHS, Endo, 4xLL (2 in each arm), 2xArtemis SRM6, largest STD engine possible. That's my build.

Too bad you skipped 8R. 4xArtemis SRM6 plus 2xLL melts Atlas like butter.
