I've been using the Logitech G13 which has been pretty amazing so far.

I saw this thing on Kickstarter and felt it has the potential to be even better for mechwarrior. Shame it's falling short on its goal

I use the Belkin version (prior to Razor buying it). have for years, Love it.

LOLz, that reminds me. I bought the thing months ago and was using it happily. Then a couple weeks ago it occurred to me to read the manual. Though I didn't change much, knowing more about it helps a lot .

Both the G13 and Nostromo are good but for MWO I prefer just a good mechanical keyboard and a quality mouse. Right now I use an Adesso MKB-135B mechanical keyboard and a Logitech G500 mouse
