Roughly about a week ago I attempted to run a patch and recieved a message stating it could not find the .exe I attempted once more then decided to re-download the game (bad idea it seems!) After uninstall and re-installing I'm now getting "MD5 Hash mismatch: The downloaded file is corrupt. The MD5 Hash of the local file doesn't match that of the file on the server. Would you like to retry?"

- I've retry a dozen times, no fix.
- I've also uninstalled/re-installed about 10 times. Issue persists
- I've looked at the error in the forums and done what was recommended (taken all files off READ ONLY, disabled my firewall and anti-virus, ran program as an administrator). Again no fix.
- I've also opened a supprt ticket but no response yet.

-I've been on since Closed Beta and never had this many issues. Anyone else recieving this error and/or have a fix?

At this point I'm starting to really doubt this game. I love Mechwarrior but I don't think this is worth the headache. Sadly I signed up as a Founder, now I'm thinking it was a waste of money.

Hey i just tried the game ... Downloaded it ... start the patch got MD5 Hash error also ...
Tried it at least 8 or 9 times ... tried different things like read only fix ... like forum said.. still nothing

Do they really want to sell that piece of ... ?? Without even a download link to the patch files ?
Nice intro to me, but for me it's OK ... Back to WOT.
This game is already done, before i played it.

had the same issue when I installed the game on my laptop...

I disabled my firewall, deleted the temp file, ran the patcher as admin and it worked.

Perhaps you forgot to delete the temp file? Without this step it won't work.
