Why Should I Buy Premium Time?

premium time increases your c-bill and xp-income... and both are absolutly of no importance.
with the new rewardsystem you will make money regardless how bad you play (you dont have to worry that you could lose some money after repair and reload).. and the xp-"tree" is done pretty fast.
even without premium and only a couple of games/day i will have enough money to buy a new mech after it is released.
in the forum you can read about people having 100 000 000 and more c-bills...
so whats the point with premium?
i am a bitconfused, cause normally premiumtime is the main cashgain for a ftp..but in MWO i think there is no really use for it.
so i am a little bit worried about mwo. i love this game but i am not sure if their current system (overpriced paintings that only a few people are willing to buy and obsolete premium time) will succeed and they will make enough money to maintain and improve the game. i think their main income is from premium mechs..but i am not sure, that this is enough.

That is the point - it's a shortcut to get the stuff you could otherwise get without Premium time, only getting it a little faster.

Money is money...they will make more stuff down the road to buy and use, so more money is probably worth it. If for now it doesn't seem worth it, then don't get more premium- but have a little faith in the game...we've only seen about half of the mechs, mods, maps, and modes that the game is probably going to have in the end....if not now, later it might seem way more worth it.

This is the reason i wouldnt buy premium time. You're essentially paying to play less.

Definitely worth it. Saves a LOT of time grinding.

Irrespective of whether MWO is F2P, more money fundamentally will mean a better product and potentially more game play sooner as PGI can invest more into the game and in a more immediate time frame.
If affordable, I suppose it depends whether you value things in the overall big picture to make it worth it from this perspective.

If you're already playing enough to afford everything, you don't need it.

no i did not and thats excactly the point. i could start the founder premium time but it seems there is no need to..and i think this is wrong in a FTP.
with the current reward system and not really much to spent c-bills for (except a new mech once a month) you are making enough money ( most of the time i am not playing my founder-mechs.. not to mention that they lost some of there use through the new rewardsystem) to buy a new mech when it is released.
and the same is true for xp..you get get basic and elite really fast and master isnt really a improvement (because of the lack of usefull modules)
