Before last patch I was able to setup a custom anti-aliasing via the Nvidia control panel, I used to run Multi-GPU 32xQ CSAA, and now I cant, any suggestion are welcome.

Wait till multi-GPU support is added. The game hasn't supported it since before closed beta and we haven't been given any hints when the support is coming. Until then, there are a bunch of us with multi-GPU systems being forced to deal with just a single card.

Sucks but there isn't much else you can do right now.

my question to you is why do you need both cards? older cards? my one card isnt even being used to its full capacity with ultramegamax settings.

There is no ultramegamax :)

After maxing ingame settings comes fine tuning in graphics drivers, then downsampling, after downsampling come graphics modifications, after those come multi monitot solutions... etc...until your girlfriend leaves you because you spend 10x more money on computer equipment then on her engagement ring ;)
