All vehicles have em, but I wouldn't know how Rear view mirrors will be applied in a mech or something to look at knowing what is behind, even in combat. Ever had a light mech stand still firing at your Rear torso? Just a thought.

Not going to happen due to engine limitations that would kill the performance. Also, it's pretty easy to tell if something is behind you shooting you, the damage indicators light up at the bottom.

Military aircrafts have em, to watch their six. But in a BattleMech, can not have em, due to size of mech and cockpit locations, but cameras to watch your back. I get stabbed in the back from lights, because that is all they can do, and I have to pin myself against a wall, so they will not. I never use lights due to internet connection. Do not want to help lag server.
