I've noticed that since closed beta PPCs have had convergence issues at close range. I have found that PPCs are unable to hit anything within at least 100m. Unlike all other projectile weapons in the game, PPCs do not fire straight at all ranges.

Basically, you are right, still there is no need to be rude.

Per TT PPCs have a minimum range. You should have a hard time hitting anything 90M or closer

Per TT, ER PPCs do not have a minimum range. There is a difference between "being able to do damage under 90M" and "being able to hit under 90M." Damage is one thing, funky projectile aiming there is no reason for being messed up (except that it's a bug, of course).
