I admit I have very little time to wander the internet or similar...but I rarely see anything on MWO out there among the news articles, or on TV.
As a matter of fact I hear a lot more about Hawken than MWO.
I'm not complaining, just thought I would give an FYI to the developers.
A little more info and exposure on MWO out there would definately be nice to see.

Why MWO isn't in the media as of late.......
Founder's are posting - questioning why MWO is suspiciously absent
Founder's are also posting -have played and wanting their money back (good luck with that)
Non Founder's are posting -suspicious as to why the NDA and everything regarding MWO and Closed Beta talk is punishable by death and get responses such as "You're an *****, troll, dumb, know-nothing, support this game or you are the stupidest person ever, ever, ever!".
I'm glad Founder's are asking why this game is so hush hush all of a sudden. It wasn't PRIOR to public access. Why now? It begs for reason why a company shuts off viral marketing opportunities....when they are currently selling a product and their only primary marketing is exposure.
They're extending the Founder's pack program in closed beta yet nervous to breath mention of product or show it in it's current state..... a month away from open beta? That's 20 working days.....the game will not change more than 1% in that time....and only means fixing game stopper bugs. Is the game great or not?
Anyone remember George on Seinfeld doing the opposite of logic and experienced good luck at every turn? MWO the same?

What do you mean it's not been in the media of late? Just last week all major gaming news agencies were posting up yet more released video of the game, a week ago last Friday there was the Nvidia Mechwarrior LAN party with video, etc etc. the founders haven't been gagged either, we're still under the exact same NDA terms that have been in place for months. There's no big conspiracy here dude.

A really nice article from GameSpy about MWO from July 31st:
http://pc.gamespy.co.../1225607p1.html
I think especially this sentence nails it:
" Where I used to see a slow-paced game, I now see a contemplative, complex multiplayer experience."
