I have only been playing for a week but there are a couple minor issues with the Beta that I hope will be changed before final release.
1st. Pressing the escape key while chatting brings me to the exit/quit screen instead of just closing the chat window. If I start chatting to my team and need to quickly exit the chat or I accidentally open the chat window and put some jibberish in there like "wwwww" it would be really nice if the 'esc' key just closed chat and didn't bring up the exit/quit screen.
2nd. Options should be accessible in game when I hit the Escape key. When I hit Escape and get to the Exit/Quit screen the options are not accessible It would be really nice if I could adjust sound options while in the game. Options should be accessible when hitting 'esc'.
3rd. It would be nice to be able to see what my team is driving without having to look all around at them. On top of that, I cannot see their loadout yet I can see my enemies. What would be nice is to add the mech type to the players info when I hit tab. That way I can see a list of what mechs are in my team and who is dead, etc all in one spot.
Just my 2 cents, I hope others will agree.

The Escape Key Does Not Functioning As Expected (And Some Other Suggestions)

yhea, the lack of basic things that are standard in almost every game the last 15 years is baffling?? I do not know this for a fact, but i get the feeling this is Piranahs first game development (im proubly wrong about that thou).. Maybe more closed BETA would have helped, but not having things such as the mech type people are piloting in the the match summary or "tab" window is basic, and shouldnt need beta testing to have implemented....
Good things come to those who are patient, and realistic...development takes time. From what ive read, and been told, the game has already made leaps and bounds, and is getting better with each patch
Im new enough to still have high hopes...
