Not sure of the rules of this specific forum, but it is best to not name them and take care of it there in game. It is much easier if you are running with a pre-made and a random pug does this. Then your team can wipe him.

That's a bad way to handle it -someone gets stuck with a TK. Best to just to leg him and leave him to the crows. Announcing his position to the enemy is optional.
