To transmit a simplification of what an NDA is, I submit the following example.
"I'm going to get my *** in a ringer if the general catches me showing you this stuff, so keep your mouth shut."

Basically all you need to know, for those of you whom haven't signed NDA's before at all, is don't talk about it. That's the simplest way to say it. If you do talk about it, show screen shots, talk about 'mechs, or anything really related to it, you could be sued/fined for a lot of money.
