I lose the ability to use my mic once the game starts. I run the game in a window, it seems that when I click on the teamspeak window, 'push-to-talk' works fine, as soon as I click on anything in the game it stops working. I suppose there is a setting I need to change, but any help would be appreciated.

Yup, that was it. Even though I thought I was running it in admin mode, it appears I wasn't. I created a shortcut to run it in admin mode and saw an immediate difference. Thanks.
