Updating Your Mechwarrior

It would be nice to update your Mechwarrior with a photo and list mechs which you pilot and special skills. I would like to have some character upgrade system beyond the current xp system. Abilities could include Assault Specialist, with a +10% to rapid fire, or Light Mech Specialist with a +10% to speed. Others could include weapons specialities which you can purchase with xp but belong to the character such LRM, ECM, Gauss, SRM, etc where you get small bonuses to using those weapons. And when can we pick our factions?

You allready can, though currently the only impact is a different forum avatar.
