Finally got a response thought I would post it up so its clear how they expect you to change your password since the Profile / Forum Profile / Edit Profile / Email & Password / way is broken.

from support@mwomercs.c


To change your password:
-logout from mwomercs.com and from the game
-click to login at mwomercs.com
-enter your email address
-click "Forgot Password" ...an email will be sent to you containing a link
-retrieve this email and click on contained link
-follow remaining on-screen instructions to setup a new password


I've just tried this myself and it works just fine.
