I want a Warhammer Warlock, or Whammylock for short, that has the ability to summon a Jenner and use acid PPCs that keep dealing damage over time.
I want a Commando Rogue that deals extra damage to rear armour, and the ability to use its ECM as a true stealth system.
How 'bout a Cataphract Shaman that can conjure turrets, remote sensors, remote ECM fields, and AoE cooling poles?
The possibilities are endless!

Please don't tell me it has some loose correlation to MWO being an MMO.
All the other Mechwarrior PC games came out pre-WoW.
Edit:
And whether you like WoW or not it was kind of a big deal.

Why?
Come on be a man and just put your opinion out there instead of putting up a pointless poll. You think the people who are 'RUINING' MWO are also people who like WoW. You've already made up your mind about this, you're ready to flame them and point out how bad WoW and how bad it's players are and how their influence is BAD for MWO.
If you had just come out and said that I would have at least had a modicum of respect for your views. Your passive aggressive 'poll' just makes me think you're pathetic.

I enjoyed wow, then I got pissed and fed up with it when they treadmill destroyed the value of all my gametime I put in with burning crusade greens. So I no longer Enjoy WoW, and yes, MWO should try to adhere more to TT. Not in strict values, but in TRANSLATIONS of TT into the real time environment.

You might enjoy knowing that in Starcraft 2, there's a unit called the reaper, which is basically the dual wielding pistols and bomb lobbing Jump packing up cliffs assault marine from Warhammer40k.
And of course, Hydralisks are blatent Tyranid rip offs. Even in WoW, they couldn't come up with many unique ideas, so they just stole esoteric stuff and sometimes even well known stuff to put in the game. Blizzard is a company with no ethical or moral substance left in it.

I compared the group of people that enjoyed MWO (N=23)
with the group of people that enjoyed TT (N=25)
MWO TT
should be more like TT 26% 32%
fine as is ....................... 57% 60%
should be more less TT 17% 8%
So obviously people who enjoyed TT want the game to be more like TT.
But now let's look at our control group which neither enjoyed TT nor MWO (N=12)
should be more like TT 33%
fine as is ...................... 42%
should be more less TT 25%
Actually that is the most extreme group.
So shame on you control group!
So what do we learn from this?
Red Squirrel has lots of time waitin for the new year.....

gladly, MWO has nothing in common with it and there is no grind, only gameplay I enjoy whilst generating cbills for new stuff that isn't required
MWO should not adhere to TT if it means bad gameplay in a different format

Oh come now Cheese, this is not humour. It really isn't. Humour is funny. This is just sad.
Well, we all have different views on what is funny and what's not. OP's version of "funny" just seems to be a little off center, that's all.
