So since battlemech 16 is invisible/forgot to exist apparently what do you guys think battlemech 17 will be?

• Now we have 4 light, 4 medium, 4 heavy & 3 assault. So 16 must be an assault mech.
  
• 3 assault mechs - Atlas (universal), Stalker (rocket) and Awesome (energy). So now we need 4th mech based on ballistics.

Maybe someone like Kraken, Annihilator or King Crab.

Kraken isnt avail till clans invade sadly, trust me i want that, same for the annihilator.

Kraken is a Clanmech, Annihilator and King Crab are a bit too rare at that point.

Mauler would fit in the ballistic heavy spot with its 4 AC2s.

Ah forget about date ) So yeah - Crab or Mauler. And now we have art of King Crab but still havent art of Mauler.

But as a Atlas all ballistics only in torso. Its really bad.

I don't know about y'all but it seems crystal clear to me that the delay in releasing new mechs indicates that the remaining mechs due out at release time are all unseens mechs.

So I'm betting

All mechs except the Valkyrie are unseen so it will be none of them.
If you take an TRO 3052 the following Battlemechs could be viable for the assault weight klass:
--Charger
--Hatamoto Chi
--Victor
--Zeus
--Banshee
--Cyklops (maybe not very rare)
--Mauler
All other Mechs of this wightclass are either Wolfsdragoon only, refer to unseen or are quads.

For heavy:
--Orion
--Guilotine
--Grasshopper
--Cäsar
--Archer
--Thunderbold
--Quickdraw
--Crusader

For medium:
--Shadowhawk
--Griffin
--Derwisch
--Enforcer
--Vindicator
--Blackjack
--Vulkan
--Hermes II

For light:
--Wulfhound
--Panther
--Firestarter
--Urbanmech
--Javelin
--Hermes

There are more mechs of this timeframe, but they are either very specific for one fraction, unseen or nearly extinct for beeing out of production for centuries.

Since we got several Kuritan, Steiner and Liao Mechs I would think next Mechs would be either Davion or Marik.
For there are no Marik assaults left it could be Victor or Banshee.
I think it will be the Banshee. It was already mentioned in some INN Posts.

Before the game is released I wouldnt bet on seeing any unseen.They are prob not worth the cost if they even could get permission. Plenty of assualts out there.Banshee, Emperor,Devistator, Highlander,so on..

I wish I knew what you guys were talking about. I played MechWarrior when I was like 11 years old. I don't remember any specifics.. If I were to buy the old games and attempt to play it on my beastly PC, I'd have to play it in virtual XP mode?

Hundred ton mechs are boring. Leave the Atlas alone there for a while. Those three mechs all play the same way, like a bigger Awesome (long range direct fire sniping)
