Well, let's take a look at the $775 price point then, and since given the title suggests you won't be getting it quite soon, I won't include promo codes or sale combos in my recommendations.
Case: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16811235037
Good case for the price with decent cable management options

PSU: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16817182262
Lower wattage (still significantly higher than what you need) but higher quality, and modular for easier assembly / better airflow.

Motherboard-
AMD: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813157280
Intel: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813157304
AsRock boards come with more features, while boards at this price point aren't oriented to overclocking the Xfast features can be quite useful for daily use.

CPU-
AMD: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16819113285
Intel: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16819116782
A little less price put to the CPU for room elsewhere, you really won't see a difference in the 100mhz on the i5, and since you're running a stand-alone GPU you won't mind the lack of an integrated GPU. AMD option is there if you are interested in overclocking in the future or will do a lot of non-gaming tasks.

GPU: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814161426
Cheapest 7850 on newegg at this time and from a high quality brand.

RAM: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231416
Faster RAM which matches the AsRock motherboard colors for only $2 more.

HDD: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16822136769
High quality 500GB drive for a decent price. Still not below pre-flood prices yet sadly.
ODD: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16827151256
Cheap, basic optical drive from a good company.

OS: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16832116986
Windows 7 is more suited for gaming / desktop tasks vs W8.

Heatsink: stock
TIM: Stock
Given your CPU choice it doesn't seem like you'll be overclocking. Though if you want a quieter/cooler system, you may consider investing $20 into this;

Vulpes advice is good, only thing I would take into consideration, MWO uses ~1.4GB of Video RAM at 1920x1080 so if you can afford an extra $20-$30 for a 2GB HD7850 I'd recommend it.

Wait for Haswell socket and CPU due out in Q2....

Newer stuff, better performance with Haswell.

or

Price drops on current stuff and you get more for your budget.
