Alright, I'm sick of my computer. It can't even max minecraft and it still gets roughly 45 FPS on minimum. Yeah. It's that bad. What I want is a computer that can get around 65 FPS on medium to max settings in Crysis 2, since it runs the CryEngine like MW:O.

I've saved $550.00 for a gaming PC and with the way things look I wont be getting much more money in the next months so I'll have to work with this. To give you a little more room, focus on the tower portion of the cumputer, I already have a monitor, mouse, speakers, and keyboard.

When it comes to computers I understand this budget is very tight to work with, so if a good PC can't be built around this, then thanks for trying.

take the hard drive out of your current computer, nothing will run MWO as well as you want on a budget of $550 but this will definitely run minecraft on min much better.
