There's a distinct lack of "Where are the holiday items I bought with real money!?!?!?!" threads. Haven't been in game personally (didn't buy any, so no way I'd be able to tell), but I imagine they were only removed from the store. Otherwise we'd be hearing about it, and rightfully so.

Same people who do textures must be responsible for updates and cockpit items, amirite.
No, but the texture team has taken over managing the online store inventory files - clearly updating what is and is not available in a db falls under the texture team's bailiywick?

I know at my job my responsibilities include Human Resources, Accounting, changing the light bulbs, refilling the coffee machines, Tech Support, and personal liason to the President.
I'm sure PGI hires with the caveat "LOOKING FOR UI PROGRAMMER. MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO SKIN AND DO DATABASE. ALSO NETCODE SKILLS A MUST."

Damn Right, let's blame those lazy people we assume are all doing all of teh jobs developing the game and all working on the same thing even though that would be stupid.

Hopefully the ad real estate used for the festive stuff will be used to promo some new stuff soon (cough, maps!)

You mean when they patch they usually only include work from one of their compartments, not from several? Cool story...
