Decided to paint some of my mechs black for a while but today i tried changing them back to my pc gamer skins, but when i select any of the special skins including phranken etc my mech still stays painted black and the skin doesn't apply.

Any ideas guys?

That's what you get for painting your mech with permanent marker.

You paid for those colors, you keep them until you paint it again.

If you want the pc gamer skin to look right you need colors lille phrakin red, the pc gamer colors are not the same as the default pc gamer colors.

Nope. Pay mc to change to purple., then more to change to green, then more to change to purple again.

Ah yeah i see how it works now, i thought it would just apply the old colours (which in any other game it would) rather than having to change the colours on the skin manually.

MWO is by no means an ordinary game, for better or worse.

Yup. Everyone needs to boycott the MC paid colours and camo and wake up from this attempt at criminal brainwashing.

I must agree though, having to pay per colour change is extortionate.
