Does it just hang or do you get an error message?

I appear to have the same issue. Patcher (MWOPatcher.exe) runs, patches fine, when I hit play, the Patcher moves to background as usual, but nothing happens. The game itself does not launch.

Tried a reinstall, no effect.
May be related to installation of latest graphics drivers (I'm using an Nvidia 460 GTX 1GB)
