Hi all, I just started playing (four matches total) and I am liking the game so far. I played Mechwarrior 2 long time ago and was wondering if any of those mechs were ever gonna be added to the game, primarily the Bushwacker.

Another question is I get these cadet bonus points on my score and they seem to drop after each match. Are the set up to degrade over time or by match? Also are there just the four maps in game so far and are they planning to add in more?

Hello and welcome!

The short answer to the first and last questions would be yes!

They have been on a schedule of about 1 new mech per month. The ones from MW2 are clan mechs, so they may be longer in coming, but many will show up (don't know about the bushwhacker specifically though).

There will also be more maps, as well as probably other versions to the existing ones (night and cold for instance).

The cadet bonus will run out after 25 games, but it should help you get almost any mech you want at that point.

Thanks for the response Darwins, guess I'll need to wait to see if they get a Bushwacker in this game Hopefully there will be more of the older mechs added and I guess there is no chance of getting any of the unseen mechs.

Bushwacker is a 3053 year mech. As the devs are keeping to "real time" 3050 forward timeline, the clan mechs and the bushwacker will be around later (as in a year or two).
