I got a prepaid gift card for christmas, and thought I would buy MC with it. It came back as declined, but apparently charged the card, since the balance was down by $14.95 US. No MC added to the account either.
I submitted a ticket, but since it's the weekend I won't hear for a while. Does anyone around here have experience with this kind of thing?

Problem solved from my end, but I'll share in case anyone else has this trouble.
The problem was that I had to go online to the card website, and fill in my address and everything with them. I've never used one of these online before, so it hadn't been necessary, but for online purchases it has to be done. As to the balance showing that I was down 14.95, that is because the card company basically reserves the money in case the transaction goes through so that nothing gets over charged (as they can't do overdraft fees etc.).

Not to hi-jack your thread Darwin, but what a great idea! MW:O gift cards! Give the gift of MC to the MW:O addict you love, or at least feel obligated to get a gift for! 
Sounds like a great opportunity for the devs to make some cash and some players to get some gear.

Fair enough, but that's a discussion for a different thread. The economy has some issues, sure.
I don't see why having gift cards to give to people to allow them to blow on the game as they please would be such a bad thing though.
