I Want A Pa System, Who's With Me!

I love this idea but instead of a PA system can we have a loudspeaker module that lets us talk through it / play music but only people within 50 meters can hear it. That would be epic, lets make it have really low volume level as well.

Uh huh... start the propoganda war you will with PA speakers! Lets throw in light shows as well as loudspeaker pods instead of warheads!
