Which could be the Hammerhands. According to Sarna.net it is the predecessor to the Warhammer and fits within the timeline... Unfortunately it requires tech that has not been created yet like Triple Strength Myomer and Rotary AC's...

First two variants are fine. I guess they'd have to come up with a unique one as a third or something along those lines. I've also suggested this to people on TS that the Hammerhands is there. I assume it's just the image of the warhammer that is under question, not the name or hard points. So all it needs to be is a tallish humanoid mech with ppc arms and you can pretty much call it a Warhammer.
Also they could release the Loki when clans come about. Very Warhammer esque in appearance.

Or, you could just use an AWS-8T. Not only can it accurately be configured to mimic an IS version of the Warhammer-IIC4, it has the overall look of a Warhammer. This is likely as close as we'll ever get to having a Warhammer in MWO.

A better workarround. Don't use it at all and don't worry about it. Plenty of other mechs.
