I am having an issue with my frame rate, its been consistant over the last few patches.

System Specs
AMD 8150 @3.6GHZ
ATI 7870 2 gig
Asus MB
16G Ram
Win 7 and game both installed on an SSD

I am running one monitor a 32 inch flat screen at 1360x768 and Im only getting an FPS of about 25 in combat. It seems that is should be a bit better than that. I have tried both the medium and high end specs for the settings in game and see no change at all.

Are there any issues that I dont know about? I have searched and cant seem to find any specific to my problem. Is there a work around?
