Will there be room in this game for non player vehicles such as hover tanks, transports, and drop ships? Not all battles in the Battletech universe were won by mechs. I would really miss swatting down the occasional fighter plane.

If they do have combat vehicles besides mechs, how would that work in a pvp environment?

The answer is no, at least for now.

That's a shame. I was super-excited to see tanks and aircraft (VTOLs and aerospace) in MWLL (though I need a joystick to not die in the aircraft...), since that fleshed out the universe for me. Though it would certainly be more exciting to be in a 'Mech, they should at least consider AI support vehicles. TAG and Long Tom. Aww yeaa.

That's kind of disappointing. I always really enjoy piloting aero's and vtols in MW:LL.
