If we have enough space on our HUD to tell us which visual filter we're using (This is not useful information. It's just screen clutter. My screen is blue. I know I'm in thermal mode.), then we have enough space to put in a missile bay door status indicator.

I've tried on a few different models of mech now to find the little light that people tell me about. I've ctrl-looked around my cockpit while hitting the "open/close doors" button repeatedly, but I can't spot it. Does anyone know if there's a guide somewhere that says where they are? There has to be a better way of knowing when my Cat's ears are open than ctrl-looking out the window when I hit the door button.

i do agree that they should add something to the hud.

It's broken in the current patch, sadly.

I was trying to look for it on my stalker, its REALLY frustrating when I'm trying to lead a target and that extra half second causes an SRM swarm to miss..

i'm bumping this article, there needs to be an indicator for when the bays are open and closed and a toggle option/ mech lab option to leave them open.

What a simple thing to get right and how blatantly amateurish to break it. Do they not test anything they put out? That little LED light to say doors open was nice, why can't they release a patch without breaking even the smallest of things.

it was also something incredibly small that could very easily be overlooked. you try coding a game. pong takes several thousand lines of code. how many lines of code do you think are involved with this?

they made a mistake. they also made a really frigging awesome online game with giant robots that are customized for combat.

They made a mistake, right, happens sometimes and is not to bad. But now we have people here who want them to fix it, so let's hope they do something for it in the next patch.

It looks like it will be fixed, forgot to check the known issues section before bumping -
