Hey everyone!

I come here today with an idea for a thread. As I peruse the forums, I notice all the banners of my fellow posters and I think, "Man, I'd sure like to have one!" However, my skills in that area are next to nothing. With that in mind, I imagine that I'm not the only person here who lacks skill in that department.

So, my plea is thus: To those of you with the skills given by the divine Photoshop Gods (I assume that is what is used o.O ), would you A) Be willing to create banners for those of us without the skill (Purely out of the goodness of your heart! Or maybe even for MC...) or :( Perhaps be willing to create a guide for the production of our own banners.

The community here is fantastic and I'm hoping this get grab the attention of some kind-hearted souls out there.

I thank you in advance and hope that I can be of some use!

I would love a sig pertaining to some/all of the light chassis, as that is all I ever intend to play...but yea, no photoshop skills :(

sig making is srs bsns.

but you can always google photoshop signature tutorial. There's plenty already.

Besides, the techniques are not set in stone and there are many ways and many styles people have.

That said I've been considering spending a while making a few sigs for my favorite 'mechs.

Mine is just cut and paste. I don't claim to have any significant photoshopping or graphical skill.

Yes, I understand that. However I thought it might be fun for the community to all pitch in. Perhaps I was wrong.

well, here's one I made long ago...

It's not precisely a tutorial, but it's how I made one particular sig.

Did you check the fan art section of the forum, theres quite a few threads in there from people willing to make signatures.

I plan to make my own if I can remember how to use photoshop and can drag myself away from mastering my hunchback long enough to make one.

you need to use a free hosting site such as imageshack, you then get it to generate an img tagged link and then you add this link to your sig
