Lately I have noticed my screen lagging then freezing. I found when it happens that if I hit ctrl-alt-del it unfreezes I then cancel the ctrl-alt-del. However the HUD becomes bugged resulting in targeting becoming much harder with the crosshairs. Anyone else experiencing similar?

Ive got the same problem, since 2 weeks now. I dont know what to do.

Yes, i've got a similar problem since maybe the last patch (or the one before). Unfortunately the game doesn't always unfreeze when alt-tabbing or using ctrl-alt-del. Sometimes i can close the game via alt-f4, most of the time i need to use the task manager though.

My game freezes some time for like 5 seconds then continues. I don't know what causes it because it's never happened before.

For some strange reason, simply starting the Task Manager unfreezes the game for me.

This happened to me last night. In the middle of a match, the game just froze on the image of the firefight happening front of me. I had to close MWO down using Task Manager.

I've been playing since Closed Beta, and I'm used to the game crashing but not this new freezing error.

Yep, I get this randomly. I had it happen in three consecutive games earlier today. It's maddening.

most of the time the game isn't freezing, but just the screen (like the thread title says) but it is annoying, especially in the middle of combat.

Overheated graphics card maybe?

Happens quite often for me too. Maybe 10% or so of my matches recently.

I have this as well game is freezing and I have to kill the gam ein task manager.. like that since last patch
