I think they have some problem with current version of that PC system spec thing, its full of errors and not working.I saw post today they are working on improved version...

so I think tomorrow or maybe little bit later we get proper working system profiler witch will result in data
with satifing quality to start selection of first closed beta invites.

Not an excuse to ignore the community on the issue though. A little real info goes a long way.

Well whatever the case considering there is only 2 hours and 43 minutes left in the day where I am, a message saying it was not going to happen today would have saved a ton of people wasted time refreshing inbox's or staring at phones...

Either that, or all the people that got it have been sworn to secrecy by the NDA

even if they sworn to be quiet, someone from the Piranha staff would still give us official statement on first wave of invites

I trust they will update us on the situation and such, I am not worrying to much about this simply because PGI and Pirahna have done a great job in all my previous knowledge on these forums with us with keeping their word and keeping us in the loop. I would not worry so much about this until a few days go by if it remained the same...

How's that? Hi-Rez didn't send me an email informing me of every time they sent out invites to Tribes. I got one eventually and that was it. I think they stated when the beta started before that, maybe not the specific time, but not the waves of invites specifically. If the beta has started it's a safe bet someone has been invited or you have no beta.

Let's not forget that although the closed beta started yesterday, It was stated in the Operation : Clarification post that " we will be inviting users as soon as tomorrow.". They didn't say specifically that all or even some invites would go out today, just that there was a possibility.

We should all look at the silver lining - since none appear to have gone out today, we all still have a chance to get in CB the rest of this week.

Again, Good Luck all!

I think we can all appreciate the excitement of beta starting...but if some one is wasting time, it is by their own choice. One can't really hold devs responsible for that. Personally, I've been working all day...I have my email tab open that auto refreshes...when i see a new message, I click. No waste of time at all...unless you count deleting ****** spam a waste of time.

I think PGI decided to hold it back a day because of people talking like lolcats on the forums.

I'd rather be optimistic about the current situation then down trodden like the majority of the forum is at this moment.
