Delay Disconnect By 15 Secs

My reasoning is that if there is a delay between when the disconnect happens and when the pilot is actually released from the game, it would dissuade people from disconnecting just before they die to avoid the consequences.

I'd rather the mech and player remain the duration of the round because sometimes maybe it would take more than 15 seconds to bring them down

Delaying disconnect could work. But why not just register the loss kill anyways. It'd stop those people obsessed about their k/dr and if you do really just disconnect its no biggie a silly little number goes up by one.
