Have had this happen twice. Totally healthy, then bang one shotted through my right or left torso. doesn't kill me but the remaining damage tranfers in seriously damaging my CT. I am in a fully armored awesome and it's not a mega strike hit like 6 er ppcs or something. I think last game it was a er ppc and 2xac 5's. I am thinking maybe the damage is somehow wrapping around and hitting the back armor? Like the back armor is actually exposed in the crotch or something. Thus creating a little armor location that if hit applies it to the rear armor maybe? only thing I can think of.

The problem is, except at the start of the round you have no way of knowing whether you are damaged or not. The damage display is pretty much always incorrect. I've had rounds where I ran for 10 minutes with the "critical damage" sign flashing yet my damage display showed my armor at most yellow and my internals 100%.

Are you using XL engine? if you do, it might be beacuse they add critical slots to you lesft and right torso.
