Well, by the looks of things we'll be seeing some by the end of the year. Interesting things to note.
- Confirmed for AM3+ motherboards.
- IPC is 5% (or more) higher than Llano / Phenom II (confirmed via trinity benches [makes it much faster than Bulldozer clock-for-clock])
- Is more energy efficient than Llano (see trinity)
- Is more energy efficient than Phenom II (see trinity)
- Is more energy efficient than Bulldozer (see trinity)
- Clocks higher than Llano, Phenom II, or Bulldozer (see trinity and product SKU anticipated values. 4GHZ octo-core looks nice.)
- We'll be seeing 10xx series AMD chipsets here late summer / fall, though PCI-e 3.0 is unlikely.
- Has resonant clock mesh which turns waste energy into more energy for the chip to push for higher clocks and / or energy efficiency.
----- Will be probably getting one for Christmas unless there is a huge unexpected issue with it.

They look great, i do predict there will be some issues to arise though, it just looks to good on paper.

This. Even Bulldozer looked good on all of AMD's graphs that were released before it was actually reviewed. I was gullible enough to build my system around the belief that Bulldozer would live up to the hype; I've got a Gigabyte 990FX UD5 motherboard that was designed with that in mind, so it'd be a drop-in replacement (if it ends up being a worthwhile upgrade from a Phenom II X4 970 @ 3.8ghz).

Hopefully it doesn't come with any issues and makes AMD a bit more competitive on the CPU market (with some agressive pricing ofc).
Cheers

Given Trinity has already been reviewed and no real issues have been found so far in the mobile silicon... then I am doubting any big issues occur from sawing off the GPU and slapping on a couple extra modules and some L3 cache.
But that's me, I'm being optimistic on it.
