Exactly how much does Artemis IV tighten the missile spread?
I heard it was 35% but I'd like to know officially what it is.

Off the to of my head, I know SRM spread is decreased 20%. I need to look up if the same is true of the LRMs. All if this information can be found in the itemstats.xml file.
