Mechs Not Auto Shutting Down

Possibly a silly question
Don't know if I''m missing somthing but has manual override been removed?
forgive me for been so dim if it has been removed but I just cant find the problem.
I'm constantly blowing up through overheating so I test to see whats happening.
When mech is overheating I get usual heat message and "system off line". It kooks like its about to shust down but immediately starts back up again automatically.
Before i would have to hit manual override to start up so quickly.

This is why im going over heat threshold.

Dam! Seems it was a obscure faulty programming of my HOTAS that was doing it. How embarrassing!
