As the title asks.. @ui_Merccorps on the home page for game browser/main page before you get into mechlab has a Merc/House Symbol next to it, are we going to be able to change this??

Didn't work, and now I haz sad...

The reason it says that is because it is placeholder for when they actually have merc corps in the game. That spot will say the name of your merc corp.

I read the patch notes but then they changed I just noticed how it places a house next to merc icon so i just switched back to my house for now till my merc company is in there

The patch notes were updated to read that. Previously, they read:

- Changing your faction icon in on the MWO forums will update your faction icon in the game interface.


This thread was created before the change.

You did see where the thread started "BEFORE" the change to the patch notes correct..??

This is part of the Known Issue of the Wrong House Icon problem. It's mentioned in the patch notes, and there is a thread dedicated to this specific issue (linked) in the Patch Feedback and Support Forums.

I'll close this topic and suggest the discussion be moved to the existing thread linked above.
