There may be times where Missile hardpoints were granted +1 than they should be on specific mechs to account for a mech using Missile + NARC.

Splitting NARC and Missile into separate hardpoints would allow nerfing or buffing to happen to Missile HdP without affecting whether or not the mech can load a NARC too.
