Possible? Yes.

Probable? No.

After going through the various dev posts not one has ever completely ruled out the Unseens. One even says in essence to "Stay tuned". So they may make an appearance in some fashion or form.

But "Premium Only"? No. There are a lot of players that would love to see them and not all can afford to spend money on electrons. But they will grind for them and may even recruit a friend by being excited enough to see the Unseens again. That friend may be the one that ends up spending hundreds of dollars on fluff.

Yeah, the Warhammer, Marauder are sweet, but they never belonged to CBT, or FASA, and AFAIK, none of the original owners were even asked for permission before everything went to print.

They borrowed nothing, they licenced the use of the images from a different company who, due to Japan having odd IP laws, also had the rights for distribution.
