Stock 320XL Engine
Speed 129.6 kph 142.6 kph
11 DHS
Endo
ECM
Tag
2xLL
Even running full speed, I seem to be able to hit with the large lasers with good consistency. And it is great to not have to run to point-blank range to do damage.
I can chain fire the 2 LL non-stop, even on hot maps, without heat problems. (just don't Alpha much)
Does not pull top damage, but virtually always well above mid-level and with very high surviveability. Usually 300 to 500 per match

Simple Cda-3M Build That I Am Finding Very Effective

I've got two better builds for ya:
340 XL engine
4x ML
15 DHS
FF & ES
ECM
Full armor except for only 13 on each arm.
This doesn't have nearly as much heat problems (and has a higher dps), and you don't need the range when you're running at 150 kph. I've done over 1000 damage in a match with this build.
Second:
295 XL (or 300 for a 0.5 ton armor reduction: I just had the 295 from my raven)
Full armor except for only 21 in each arm
UAC5 with 3 tons ammo
FF & ES
4x SL
10 DHS
The UAC5 is killer for giving you a strong burst as well as some range, once you get used to using ballistics at high speed. This allows me to get behind a heavy/assault and take out their back CT armor before they even know what hit em. It's a total ganker build: the idea is to stay with your team until people are engaged (almost no one goes for cicadas), and run up behind a heavy/assault, and kill them, or come close. If they turn to face you, then your team will kill them from behind. It works pretty well. However, the 130 max KPH makes Ravens a pain.

If I'm covering the snipers/lrm guys for my team with ecm, I use 2xERLlaser instead of 2 large lasers.
With advanced zoom, you'll actually finding yourself getting in quite a few solid shots from range.

I use a similar build to the OP, half a ton armor less and beagle for TAG.
Very effective as a damage dealer at range and towards the midgame, im running and checking enemies for open torsos and legs. Beagle helps for this. A finisher of half-dead is one of the most important and rewarding roles.
You can 1on1 anything except LL or ML boats and the feared 3L.
Can scout too, if needed.
Why do you chain the LLs, OP? I alpha them all the time without overheating.

I run mine with an XL320, 4xMLAS, ECM, and 16 DHS.and 256/274 armour all stripped from the arms. I think it is important to keep your legs fully armoured given how often you will accidentally damage them yourself moving quickly over uneven terrain.
Heat is extremely manageable and given how often you'll end up in a knife fight, the middling range of the MLAS isn't a bother.

Any 3M Light-killer builds?
I've been running a 340 XL with 1xLL and 3xML with some success.
