Fairly straightforward concept which I was surprised wasn't present and was surprised wasn't suggested more! So I thought I'd raise the issue again:
Please add a Post-Game Lobby. This allows people to give feedback to each other, form friendships, and generally interact with each other outside the focus of gameplay.
Playing LoL, I realize that this adds opportunity for s***talkers and other annoyances that accompany online play, but more importantly it allows players to build a friends list, get groups going, and move from an isolated gaming experience to a group play one. (This would also help with user retention of course too!)
I imagine this would be quite a bit easier to implement compared to a Pre-Game lobby as well! I certainly wouldn't mind having that but would definitely would rather have the Post-Game lobby if I had to choose between the two... or which one to have first!
cheers,
Enigo

Yep. Social interaction is good...when playing a...SOCIAL...game.

Post-game chat is an excellent idea, pre-game drop room would be even better. Either automatic or player created. Especially for the 8v8s, teams could agree on a lance format beforehand.

Pre and post lobbies that last about a minute, with ready buttons so you can bypass the minute as a group if wanted.
That, would be nice.

I imagine that a pre-game drop room would take a bit more resources to throw together, while a post-game debrief lobby should be fairly easy. Of course I'm rather ignorant of the programming required for either. I'd just like to see something soon!

I support this idea. There have been so many times when I would've wanted to compliment someone on their excellent piloting or their huge damage done, or the skill they showed in one instance of the match. Without external voice communication, or even with it, there's not much you can say or do after the match is done - especially to the opposition you just faced.
While there would be some who would blatantly abuse this to verbally assault others, I do see the benefits exceeding the negative sides. This is what creates the community-feeling and gets people hooked on the game.

I realize that people are all about ECM and new Mechs right now... but I think this topic deserves some light too! Probably my fault for posting it during the wee-hours of the morning...
