I'm assuming it will work with Win 7 and Win 7 x64 but what about Vista, Vista x64 and Win XP (x32 and x64)?

It would be enough if devs just said what engine they are using. The teaser was confirmed as UE3 but it's a bit old (both teaser and ue3) so who knows.
I wonder if PGI tried to contact MWLL team... They have some seriously cool work done and the engine is the best there is for now.

is your xp an oem (dell sony etc) machine that can cause issues
have you run the win 7 compatability from the microsoft.com site and verified that win 7 supports your system config and accessories
if you are currently running xp, win 7 does not do direct upgrade from xp it requires a reload of the os
etc like I said there could be a lot of technical issues

Those who haven't stolen it? Yes, I'm going with that as my answer.
Same as the guy wondering why Win7 won't load. Works better when you've paid for it.

Nor confirming nor denying i've stolen my Win7 but a program is a program. It won't work better just because you sacrificed a goat for the Mercury.

Ah, yes.
Now we just wait for macfags to arrive.
Some of us don't like pirating software. Especially crappy software when there are free alternatives that can get the same job done (if not better).
This is "who" it is and it has been around for a very long time: http://www.slackware.com/
EDIT: I'm hoping the DEV's make something cross-platform.

- They were initially intending to target both consoles, mainly PS3 and 360, and PC
- This is an MMO so we can safely infer that an active internet connection will be required
- This is a F2P MMO so there will be no monthly fee but microtransactions will be present
- That the console ports have been cancelled due to licencing restrictions so this will be a PC only title
- All current generation consoles use DirectX 9.0 features
- No notations have been made about DX10/DX11 support
- Peripherals were mentioned but no details as to what extent these will be supported
With all of these in mind, and looking over past titles, I'd fully expect for the system requirements to look something like this:
Operating System: Windows XP SP3, Vista SP2, 7
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz or AMD Athlon X2 4400+ 2.2GHz or greater
RAM: 2GB
Video: ATI Radeon HD 2900 or NVIDIA GeForce 8800 or faster
Sound: DirectX 9.0c-compatible
Hard Disk: TBD
Peripherals: Keyboard/Mouse or 12-button DirectInput or Xinput controller
Other: 64Kbps+ Internet Connection required
Out of all of this I'd expect for the video card requirement to change upwards but with everything else to stay the same. But potentially expect the following:
- Intel Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 4 video cards will most likely not be supported since UE3 titles have a difficult time running on this particular chipset and older ones will be even worse
- Intel Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 5-series video cards MIGHT be supported since these GPU's built into the processor and have shown good results at resolutions around 800x600 for UE3 powered games
- If DX10/DX11 is supported it will be optional and not mandatory and video card requirements for these features will be much higher than the minimum
This is all that instantly comes to mind and it will be interesting to see just how close this guess will be when we get closer.
