Highlander for me.

The intro video for MWO shows a Warhammer fighting an Atlas and a Jenner. It also states that its game footage so Battlemech 12 will be a Warhammer right?

You mean the 3 year old one? That as far as I can tell bears no relevance to MWO, due the the massive number of changes since then. Also they were using a different engine for that (ircc), so it's not even ingame footage. Everything from the Cryengine3 version has not shown a Warhammer...as much as I wish there was one.

I would really love to have Goliath, or any other quad mech (tarantula be better than scorpion).
But from the list i reallu love Devastator (DVS - 2) should be available at the time of invasion, and it is really what i expect prom Lyran Mech.

There are so many great mechs that when i start writing them i would be ther tomorow. (Bushwacker, Mauler, Hatamoto-Chi anyone?)

But from the classic mechs i would like to see grasshoper (Really fine mech usually overlooked).

We won't see the Devastator on release, Davion has a lot of toys already. The Blacknight and Orions are Heavy mechs and we're due for an assault.

The remaining option is the Highlander which I doubt that we will see, the current Highlander is just a jump capable Atlas so with less armour and weapons, so meh.

The Mechs we're most likely to see next are either the Zeus or the Stalker, either of those will do the trick.

My MOney is on the Zeus, it wouldn't be the Lyran Commonwealth without the Zeus and we've got less toys then the other factions.

I'd much prefer the Dervish though, mediums are supposed to be the most common weight class.

The highlander is a just a slow jumpy cyclops....The devestator not only is better looking but was mentioned early in the game ISN tweets.

Fewer toys? the Atlas is currently the most Iconic mech in the game, lol. If anybody should get more love its the Capellans. Not alot of Cap designs in.

I think we will get the Highlander, although the Stalker would be a more solid choice. Common and dependable, the Big Bad Egg has always held a warm place in my heart. It's probably because it would reduce to a smouldering slag heap nearly anything it's weight class or less in short order.

I've said it before and i'll say it again. The black knight sucks, its a total waste of mech lab space. With only this exception: You can use the melee weapon in its hand for close quarters combat with other mechs. Melee weapons would have been fun in this game. I would have liked pulling legs off of catapults and beating them over the cockpit with it. LOL
