Since some extra options were added to the UI I've not gone down the custom config route - but am growing a little fed up with heavy ghosting so thought I might have another look at tuning.

What's the current state of play with configs? Do they work still, are they worth doing? What's the process and has anyone got any good ones? I still have the old old AMD High Spec one but am unsure if it's relevant.

Pointers appreciated. My system is AMD/ATI high spec.
