[Bug] Anyone Able To Unlock The Cicada 3C Module Slot?

I'm trying to use GXP to unlock the module slot on the Cicada 3C. The other 2 variants I have unlocked. When I try for the 3C, after clicking 'Yes' to "Unlock this Efficiency?" I get another pop-up window that says "Failed to unlock Efficiency". I have 27k GXP so that should be enough. Maybe since it's such a crappy mech no one has attempted this before.

Anyone try this before?

I'm guessing no one else has bothered to unlock the module for this terrible terrible mech and are able to confirm/deny my results.
