Would be nice if disconnects lowered your ELO so you would end up only playing other exploiters.

People who intentionally disconnect to either save their own stats or try to deny their opponent their fair due should not be allowed to play with other adults.

It can be worse for your team, as well. I was in a game today, and at least 4 of our players were premade... with the rest pugs... the game starts, and 2 players, in trial Stalkers, so probably new, got killed.... it HAPPENS.... and suddenly, all 4 disconnected, leaving me in my Commando, and a Centurion against 7 mechs.
Outside of legitimate crashes, I could care less about stats ---- for me, it's team play and having fun.... however, screwing your team over just to protect some mystical, and now false, number that only you can see......
It doesn't matter how you dress it up... you are still a whiney little piece of crap player, with fake stats.... not even the courage to see for yourself how you truly play.

This isn't a concern anymore anyway. Go check the last patch notes, if you get killed it counts as a death for you, even if you're disconnected.
So anyone disconnecting to avoid death is just wasting their time now.
